IMPORTANT CHANGES TO URGENT CARE SERVICES IN THE SOUTH TEES AREA FROM 1st APRIL 2017.

From 1st April 2017 the existing Walk-in Centres in North Ormesby and Eston will be replaced by four GP centres based in North Ormesby Health Village, One Life Centre in Linthorpe, Redcar Primary Care Hospital and East Cleveland Hospital in Brotton. These centres will be open from 6pm to 9.30pm - Monday to Friday - and 8am to 9.30pm on weekends and Bank Holidays.

To help improve patient waiting times the centres will operate an appointment based system - you won’t be able to simply walk-in.

Please click the link below for further information including details of how to arrange an appointment when we are closed.

Many Thanks.

Repeat Prescriptions

pill_bottleIf you are taking regular medication you can obtain repeat prescriptions via the receptionist.  Allow 48 hours and collect after 2.00 pm or send a SAE and we will be pleased to post it to you.

Requests in writing only.  We do not accept requests over the telephone

Recording and printing your repeat prescriptions is a task done very nicely (and legibly!) by our computer.

Your Doctors, if asked, will write out a repeat prescription during the consultation, but they prefer not to spend your consulting time doing what is really an administrative task for the computer.
